For your satisfaction, we strictly require all customers to check their order at the time of delivery in front of our rider. Please verify all items against your invoice immediately.
If you find any item missing or damaged during delivery, please notify the rider and contact the store owner immediately. Issues reported after the rider has left may not be eligible for instant resolution.
Products are only eligible for return or exchange within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the expiry date of all perishable and grocery items at the time of delivery. We ensure fresh stock, but on-the-spot verification is highly recommended.
