Welcome to GK-STORE. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

GK-STORE provides an online platform for purchasing groceries and essentials with home delivery services currently limited to the Mian Channu city area.

2. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and Mobile Wallets (EasyPaisa/JazzCash).
• In case of online payments, orders will only be processed after verification of the transaction.

4. Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver orders within the selected time slots. However, delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery is currently restricted to Mian Channu city limits.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their orders within 15 minutes of placement through the "My Account" section. After this window, the order is considered finalized and cannot be cancelled as preparation begins.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.
